The Vice President, Compliance Officer is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the compliance program within the organization. They will develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. The Vice President will provide guidance and education to employees regarding compliance issues and conduct regular audits and reviews to assess the effectiveness of the compliance program. They will also serve as a liaison between the organization and regulatory agencies, ensuring timely and accurate reporting and responding to any inquiries or investigations.
