Customs Compliance Manager

Customs compliance managers have numerous responsibilities and provide advice and guidance to senior management to ensure compliance with current customs laws, which is critical for the application of U.S. government regulations such as the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), U.S Customs and Border Protection Regulations, and Office of Foreign Asset Controls (OFAC).Customs compliance managers are responsible for coordinating with numerous internal company assets to acquire any and all required U.S government export/import licenses, permits, release authorizations, and determinations of commodity jurisdictions.
