Sales meetings may also be conducted on a weekly basis and overseen by the customer experience manager.Two to four years of vocational training or a college degree in business or marketing are generally required for this position, and up-to-date computer knowledge and organizational skills are also required. Prior experience in managerial functions, interpreting financial data, and customer service is highly beneficial, and analytical and interpersonal skills with awareness of safety processes are also helpful.
