This online course on international leadership was developed by Coventry University. It is taught by experts in the field and will provide an introduction to the basics of ethical leadership. What is ethical leadership? This course will explore ethics and its role within decision-making in organisations. This course will allow you to see how ethical decision-making models can help leaders understand the effects of moral awareness, judgement, intention, action, or behaviour outcomes among your employees.

You will be able to evaluate and make your own decisions based on ethical frameworks during the course. How can you deal with an ethical dilemma? This is the main question you will tackle in this course.
