Course Description

JUnit is a unit testing framework for Java programming language, important for test driven development. This tutorial explains the use of JUnit in project unit testing with Java. Students will learn how to write JUnit test cases effectively, for RESTFUL web services talking with multiple layers. They will also learn about important unit testing annotations like Test, SpringBootTest, WebMvcTest, DataJpaTest, MockBean, InjectMocks, and Mock. Additionally, students will work with MOCKS and SPYS using MOCKITO, and explore writing unit tests with H2 database and JPA integration.
