Course Description

This series of NUKE tutorials will show you how to use the Transform nodes to manipulate, scale and rotate your pixel data. There is the standard transform node. However, there are also nodes that allow us to change the bounding box or distort our images. We can even alter our camera's movements. A number of nodes interact with the 3D system. One is the Card3D node which allows us to skip setting up a 3D scene. Another is the SphericalTransform node. This node can be used to convert between different types panoramic image types. The PointsTo3D and Reconcile 3D nodes allow us to quickly and easily convert 2D location data into 3D space or vice versa. We also include properties that are found in many NUKE nodes such as motion blur, 3D snapper, and filtering options. Software required: Nuke 6.2.
