Strategic Leadership and Management Specialization

This 6-course specialization on strategic leadership and management will help you to lead people, teams, and organizations. Additionally, you will learn how to analyze business situations. The course will teach you the fundamentals of leadership and help you to develop and implement strategies that make a difference. This specialization includes all aspects of creating and maintaining a sustainable competitive advantage, including strategic foundations and human resources. Capstone is the end of your specialization. Capstone is a leadership and management plan which will demonstrate how you can use what you've learned in a business setting.
