Structural Design of Highrise Precast Buildings using ETABS

The course Structural Design of Highrise Precast Buildings Using ETABS focuses on the analysis and design for a precast building according to Indian codes of structural design. This course focuses on the use of precast schemes in the structure and designs the element and connection assemblies accordingly. The precast building analysis model is created in ETABS. Detail element and connection design was done using hand calculations & ETABS result. This course covers everything from concept design to detailed design, and thereby develops the entire structural system from scratch to final comprehensive design. The course also covers the criterion of element sizes and lifting, transportation mechanism/constraints of various precast elements. In the course, the topic of precast building has been covered. The course also discusses various types of precast elements as well as connection types.
