Course Description

This course will give you the skills to identify and solve real-world problems in your IT job. We will explore a variety of strategies and approaches to tackling common pitfalls in your code and IT infrastructure. Learn strategies to solve almost any technical problem, and then apply those strategies to real-world situations.

Examples include issues with general system, software written by someone else, and problems with programs we have written. We will discuss problems that can affect any OS, as well as those specific to particular platforms and scripting languages. It is strongly recommended that you have taken the previous courses or have knowledge in Python and Linux to be able to follow our troubleshooting examples.
