Hello and welcome to my Upcycle Design class - Create a postcard from Trash!

This class is for anyone who wants more creativity and a more sustainable lifestyle. It's an inexpensive and fun way to get rid trash!

If you're anything like I, you likely have a lot of garbage. I admire those who live a zero-waste lifestyle. But, I'm far from it at the moment. My recycling bags are full in a matter of days. What's better than recycling? Of course, upcycling.

Upcycling is the act of reusing and recycling stuff and trash, rather than throwing them away or sending them to recycling facilities. It's a great way for us to live a more sustainable lifestyle by changing our perception of the materials around us. Although we won't be able to clean up the oceans all at once, it will make us think differently about trash and allow us to be creative. It is possible to transform trash into something beautiful, especially if you add art to it.

I will show you how I create postcards out of trash and how I make simple patterns with scissors, markers, and old paper bags.
