Course Description

The course will introduce learners to vision problems using perception as a guide. This course examines how vision comes about. It also explains the main problem with vision. Finally, it reveals how visual perception relates to the brain's functioning. Evidence will come from psychology, neuroscience, history and philosophy. The discussion will include information about visual system anatomy, physiology and perception. Understanding why we see the world differently is our goal.
