Course Description

This course continues from Corporate Finance Essentials and addresses other corporate finance topics.

Finance issues that were not covered in the previous course include market efficiency, bonds and stocks.

Capital structure and dividend policy

This course will teach you:

* Understanding the concept market efficiency.

* An overview of issues related to bonds such as the type of bonds, return (yield at maturity), default risk, and more

* Understanding the stock valuation using the relative valuation method (multiples).

* Understanding the sources used by financial companies to raise capital for their projects

* Understanding the two most important decisions that companies must make: whether or not to pay dividends, and if so how much.
