Data-Driven Process Improvement

This course will equip learners with the skills to help their company achieve data-driven process improvement goals. This course covers the business case for IoT, the strategic importance of aligning operations with performance goals, best data collection practices, and the facilitation of a process mapping activity that visualizes and analyzes a process's flow of information and materials. The course prepares learners to identify business needs and prioritize efforts. They can also discern the differences between IoT data types and create key performance indicators (KPIs). The mock scenario will allow learners to set up process improvement goals and then to apply the knowledge to their own organizations.
