What does it mean for someone to be influential? How can one convince others to work together towards a common goal? How can one leverage power? This course will teach you how to gain influence and be more successful in reaching your organizational goals. This course was designed by Professor Cade Massey from the Wharton School to help you understand power and influence, the dynamics of effective network structures, and how to persuade and leverage. You will learn how to identify your strengths and use them to obtain what you want.
