Course Description

This is the second in a series of courses that prepares you to work as a programmer. This course will introduce you to five key concepts of procedural programming: user input and console output, variable declaration, assignment, decision branching, and iteration. Students will be able to use the information in lectures in labs. These programs are designed to reinforce the lesson material. The local computer must be running Windows 7 SP1 or greater, macOS 10.1.13, or any other version of Linux. You will need to either download the Visual Studio community edition or the open-source.NET Core installation. As part of this course, we will guide you through setting up your local environment.
