Course Description

Kanban System Design Training is two-day program that will help you to become familiar with Kanban Methodology's theories, principles, and practices.

Kanban management is a way to organize work. It involves visualizing work items on a Kanban board. This makes it easier to balance available capacity with demand, reduce risk, manage system-level bottlenecks, and monitor the process from beginning to end.

David J. Anderson, Kanban University's Kanban System Design Training instructor, designed the Kanban System Design Training. He brought the principles and Kanban to IT. KMP 1 Certification Course has been completely redesigned to include a Kanban simulation.

The course combines interactive exercises, simulation, and practical advice to help you design your own Kanban Systems and Tickets. After the course is completed, you can immediately apply the principles of Kanban to your own work.
