Course Description

It is difficult to have mobile apps that work offline but are functional. The challenges increase when these apps are part of the enterprise's business. Build upon the patterns that we learned for creating collaborative occasionally-connected mobile apps for Windows, and extend them to integrate with a back end database. Represent complex state-transitions, workflows and business systems. Identify security boundaries and add federated authentication to Active Directory. You will be able to create a business application that is as robust offline as online when you're done with this course.
