Course Description

Palliative Care is always a specialty for patients, caregivers and health care professionals. This specialization was created to show how palliative medicine is integrated with patient care and to help you learn primary palliative care skills. You will learn skills in symptom management, goals and communication. This will help improve the quality and life of patients and their families with serious illnesses. We hope you will be able to better support your patients' needs and your own. CME Accreditation: The Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education has accredited Stanford University School of Medicine to offer continuing medical education for doctors. The individual course FAQ pages contain detailed information about CME accreditation.
