Precalculus: Mathematical Modeling

This course teaches you how to use mathematics to understand, model, and interpret the world around you. This is achieved by studying functions and their properties as well as data analysis. Precalculus concepts provide the foundation for a student's scientific career. They prepare them for their future science and math courses. This course is open to all students and not only those who are interested in further mathematics courses. This course is beneficial for students interested in sociology, natural sciences, computer science, psychology, and similar fields. Students will be able to apply the skills they have learned to their field to analyze and interpret the subject matter.
