Ruby on Rails Tutorial: Learn Authentication

Signing up is required for most applications. You can sign up to a service and log in. Once you are done, you can log out. You don't want all users to be able to access every part of your web app. This includes customer details and raw data. Rails: Authentication shows you how to accomplish this within a Rails app. Log in, logout, sign-up, and log out functionality can be added to two existing web applications. You will be able to manage user access in your web application by the end of this course. This course builds on knowledge gained from the Learn Rails course.
