Course Description

In the final project for the Sales Operations/Management Specialization, learners will be asked to apply the knowledge they have obtained by performing a critical analysis of a real-world business. The learners will need to choose a business with a sales function or operation. Learners will need to identify the Sales Manager responsible for this function and interview him/her about the firm's sales management practices.
