This course will teach you how to manage a diverse group of people and create and lead high-performing teams. This course will examine the differences between work groups, teams, and team dynamics. It will also explore the nature of remote teams, and the cross-cultural implications of leading them. Learn how to manage your peers, blockers, disruptors, set goals, and delegate effectively.
