Established in 1985, G Pulla Reddy Engineering College is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Anantapur. The college is accredited by NAAC with a grade of ‘A+’. Since 2006, G Pulla Reddy Engineering College is functioning as an autonomous institution. G Pulla Reddy Engineering College is commonly known as GPREC Kurnool and is managed by G. Pulla Reddy Charities Trust, Hyderabad. G Pulla Reddy Engineering College is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The college is recognised by University Grants Commission (UGC). Five UG Programmes namely CE, CSE, ECE, EEE, ME are accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA).
