Established in 1995, the Lal Bahadur Shastri Educational Society is affiliated to Guru Govind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU). The college is accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA). LBSIM Delhi is also accredited by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) and the Association to Advance Collegiate School of Business (AACSB).
