Coordinators of asset management are responsible for managing and assisting in the development of strategic assets of their company. They are accountable for coordinating and completing the administrative procedures related to the management of assets. One of their primary responsibilities is organizing and managing all associated documents. Coordinators of asset management also take part in overseeing the escrow process for reserve replacement, and ensuring that their work is in line with the established guidelines for asset management.
