We're looking for an experienced event manager for the team of our IT department. In this position you'll be responsible of directing an incident-management process from initial resolution and returning the IT services provided by our company quickly. You'll also record and categorize incidents that are recurring to enhance the incident management procedures. In order to be an effective incident manager you must be able to pick new procedures and technologies. In the end, a great incident manager must be adept in multitasking and be able to remain calm in large incidents.

As an Incident Management Analyst with 6-9 years of experience in India, here are some main responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve complex incidents, ensuring service restoration and minimal business impact.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to identify the underlying causes of incidents and implement preventive measures.
