The project manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients or client, answering queries and providing information. Within the team the project manager assigns tasks and tracks the progress of the project while offering suggestions for improvement and helping to facilitate the timely completion of the project. It is the job of the project manager's responsibility to make sure that the work completed is in line with the requirements of both clients and companies and to take action if the standards are not being adhered to.
