  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants, including advertising vacancies and conducting property tours.Create and execute marketing plans to attract prospective tenants, advertise available units, and conduct property tours to showcase amenities.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including rent collection, budgeting, and expense tracking, to ensure financial stability of the properties.
