As an intern in the C&B team Analysts focus on repetitive and pre-planned tasks until they have acquired knowledge and recognizes the value of the information. Analysts are taught to use reliable sources of data and the most crucial C&B processes within the organization. Analysts conduct analysis of fundamental C&B items under the guidance of the more knowledgeable C&B expert. C&B Analyst C&B Analyst is involved on HR-related projects in the capacity of an integral member of the team and provides suggestions for the success of projects.
