  • Monitor and maintain compliance with local labor laws and taxation regulations. Stay updated with changes in labor legislation and ensure payroll practices align with statutory requirements. Prepare and submit accurate tax filings, including TDS, PF, ESI, and PT.
  • Analyze payroll data and provide insights to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in payroll data. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
