A software business analyst analyzes software that has been implemented within their company, reporting on its efficiency and developing ideas to solve any problems encountered. They may also be given a problem and expected to come up with software that can remedy the issue.The software business analyst performs research and analysis to create a report that initiates a project. Once this project is approved, the software business analyst needs to make sure that all the tools needed to implement the project are available; they may also have to work within a budget.
