An ERP Business Analyst The ERP Business Analyst is accountable for understanding and analyzing the business processes, identifying requirements and recommending solutions to ERP systems implementations. They collaborate with stakeholders to determine requirements, develop workflows, and set up the ERP system to meet these needs. Analysts work with teams from across the functional spectrum in order to make sure seamless integration is achieved and a smooth data transfer. They perform testing, offer user training and assist with after the implementation process. A strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills are required for this job.
