Junior system administrators are accountable for managing the day-to-day IT (IT) operations of their company. They are responsible for helping system administrators provide assistance to users of the system. Junior system administrators handle support tasks for hardware devices as well as software applications, assist with installations, and update the existing guidelines for documentation. Other responsibilities include providing training to teams from other departments, assisting with technology queries when needed, performing administrative tasks as needed and filling in the necessary paperwork when you request new inventory.
