The Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineers are responsible for providing support to engineers for network connectivity issues, and also acting as a liaison between the carriers as well as other Information Technology (IT) technicians within their company. They also communicate to the Help Desk, and other system specialists on site to resolve issues quickly.
