A marketing associate develops marketing strategies and reviews the existing ideas that are generated by the company's marketing department. They collect ideas generated by the department's marketing team and determine which ideas can be implemented and the best way they can be implemented. This involves planning costs, determining the steps required to implement campaigns, and then implementing any modifications that have been approved from their managers. The associate marketing manager has to adhere to the department's budget for all their activities.
