Our expanding company is looking to recruit an experienced sales manager who is responsible for supervising and managing the sales staff. The role will consist of overseeing sales for the organization by preparing business plans, achieving planned goals, and working the marketing team regarding lead generation. You'll also be charged with overseeing the work and the performance of your sales team through monitoring sales goals, setting personal sales goals and facilitating the continuous training of your sales representatives.
A bachelor's degree in business or in a related field is essential. To succeed in this position you must have excellent communication skills as well as the ability to manage a sales team. Experience in sales-related roles is an advantage.
