Anime Production: Idea to Screen

This class will take you from the beginning of an Anime Production (idea/concept), and guide you through the animation production. From the initial idea to the final digital delivery.

The differences between the Japanese Animation process, the United States Animation process, and Canada's Animation process are in the budget, studio size and job distribution/multiple hat wearing.

I will cover all aspects of episode production, including Pencil and Paper Animation, Flash. Puppet, Tradigital. Scanning. Trace, Digital Colour. Compositing. Voice Acting. Music. Rush. Final delivery.

I'll be discussing Sakuga ( Zuo Haa ), those moments in Anime/Movies where animation becomes fluid, as opposed to the Limited Animation.
