Course Description

Poor nutrition and poor mental health are two of the most important causes of morbidity and mortality worldwide. It is now known that diet quality can be modified to improve mental and brain health at all stages of life.

We will examine how our daily diets can impact our mental and brain health, as well as the role of our immune system.

This course will include research evidence, practical examples and skills development. It also includes collaboration on dietary intake assessment strategies, resource sharing, and resource sharing to support dietary change.
