Course Description

In this project that is guided in this project, you'll create an GitHub account, and then create and edit a repository on the GitHub page. You'll also be able to make edits and create a new branch in the repository, and then incorporate the changes to the primary branch.GitHub is a well-known online hosting service for repositories that are copies of the entire project, which includes the revision history. The repository's files are stored in branches, or in separate sections of the development. Teams identify one branch as the primary branch, and the one that contains the final code that can be deployed. The users create their own branches to develop new features or modify existing code and then incorporate these modifications to the primary branch. In this project that guides you it is necessary to set up an GitHub account and set up an account that is accessible through the GitHub page. You will then explore different ways to alter your repository, such as changing an already existing document, making an entirely new file, or uploading files from your computer. Learn how to commit or save every change. Then, you will learn how to utilize GitHub's branching system to make changes to the repository. You can add a fresh branch in your repository. The branch will be exactly the same as the main branch of your repository. You'll include a file in the branch and then make the change permanent into the existing branch. Then, you'll make an Pull Request (PR) which is a method that lets others know of your modifications available to be reviewed. After reviewing the modifications, you'll incorporate the changes into your primary branch. This project's completion will help you create and modify repository on GitHub and also to learn about the software's more advanced collaboration capabilities.
