Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a process of modeling the conscious and unconscious patterns that are unique to each of us in such a way that we are continuously moving towards a higher potential. NLP is about what works, not what should work. In other words, if what you’re doing isn’t working, try something else, anything else regardless of whether what you had been doing should have worked.
