Course Description

Scrum and XP were revolutionizing the software development industry. However, another set of ideas, derived from Six Sigma and lean manufacturing, began to impact software development methods. These ideas, based on Lean Software Development, are the foundation for many agile methods.

This course will cover lean concepts as well as some common Lean techniques and methods such Kanban, Value Stream Mapping, and others.
