Course Description

You might be involved in simulations, machine-learning, or rendering on your own hardware today. What if these tasks could be done in a tenth the time? This course, Microsoft Azure Batch Fundamentals, will teach you how to use the Batch service to scale and run your HPC workload in Azure cloud. You'll first learn about the architecture and workloads that Batch supports, so you can decide if it's right for you. Next, you will learn how to run Batch jobs via the Azure portal. Then, you'll be able to use the Batch SDK in C# code. You'll also learn how Batch can support more complex scenarios like using GPUs to improve performance and Docker to portability. This course will teach you how to create a production-ready application using the Azure Batch service.
