Course Description

Companies need to find innovative ways to engage customers and attract new customers. Dynamics 365 helps you do just that. The platform is powerful and easy to use. But what if you have to modify or extend it to suit your needs? This course, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customizing with Power Apps will show you how to do that. You'll first learn how to customize and create your data schema including entities, fields and relationships. You'll then learn how to customize the UI, including creating charts and dashboards and updating views. Finally, you will see how to style and brand. The final part of the course will teach you about the business processes and security.
