Course Description

Healthcare systems are striving to provide better care and improve the service quality for an increasing number of patients. This goal can be achieved by designers who offer their human-centered thinking and creative solutions. This program will teach you key design techniques and help you apply them in healthcare by mastering a unique method for mapping the patient's journey.

Many design techniques focus on the patient journey. These are based upon concepts from the “customer Journey–. Designers can find solutions to very specific problems by focusing on the patient journey. Design can also be used to facilitate better healthcare by other healthcare professionals.
