Urban Sketching in Procreate for Beginners - Turn Your City into a Watercolor Art

Welcome back to my class. Let's create cool urban illustrations in Procreate. We will learn about urban sketching and create a picture of the city.

My class will teach you more about Procreate. You will learn how to use layers and clipping masks, alpha lock, selection tools, and how to add texture and volume to your pictures. You will also learn new painting techniques.

The illustration you create can be used for Instagram posting, added to your portfolio, or sold on Etsy, Gumroad, and so forth. You can also share it with someone you love. They will be thrilled to see an illustration you created.

Today, I want to show that watercolor is simple and fun!

Today, I will show you:

• How to make texture paper
• How to use my new watercolor brush
• How to use the default Procreate brushes for watercolor painting
• How to apply my new watercolor technique
• How do you create watercolor illustrations?
• How to use clipping mask and alpha lock
• How to add texture to your artwork
• I will also show how to add highlights and shades.

I will share my entire process, from start to finish.

As an added bonus, I will share my textured paper, lots custom brushes, and 2 color palettes that I created with you. I will also attach a file of the picture that I drew. You are free to use it in your own art projects.

This class is for intermediate level artists, but can also be used by beginners (if you have watched my previous classes). If you are an experienced artist, you will probably find inspiration and new ways to create urban illustration.
