The generalist may also administer general human resources duties, such as payroll, benefits, and training.   • Managing employee relations and resolving workplace conflicts and issues. Act as a mediator and address employee concerns, conflicts, or grievances to maintain a harmonious work environment.
  • Overseeing performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions. Guide and support managers and employees in setting goals, evaluating performance, and providing constructive feedback.
