Course Description

This series of UDK tutorials will teach you the fundamentals of using Kismet in UDK. It will give you a solid understanding of this powerful system. We'll start by learning about the Kismet editor and the interface. Next, we will learn how to create simple toggleable lights and sequences. Next, we will take the course to the next level by working on several mini projects. These include doors, elevators and enemy behavior, puzzles, cinematics, boss battles, and even cinematics. Each mini project will present its own challenges, and we will be able to explore many common sequence objects in Kismet. This UDK training will give you a solid understanding of how to create gameplay in UDK using Kismet. Software required: Unreal Development Kit (February 2013,).
