Introduction to Softimage 2012

This tutorial will give you a solid understanding of Softimage and its workings. Many of the Softimage instructors at Digital-Tutors will be available to help you use the most important components of this powerful program. The tutorial will begin by introducing you to the vocabulary and foundational skills required to use Softimage. Next, we'll move on to the Modeling section. After you have completed the Modeling section, it will be possible to try your hand at texturing, rigging, animation, ICE dynamics, lighting, and rendering your own animation.
