Course Description

According to GRIT (Greenbook Research Industry Trends), "Finding The Story in the Data" is the most essential emerging skill for market researchers. This specialization is for those with no prior marketing research experience. It teaches an integrated marketing research approach that will enable learners to find and communicate the story within the data. The students will be able to create and manage a research project that addresses specific business needs. They will also learn how to analyze data and manage research suppliers. The specialization will allow learners to create and scope research proposals, conduct desk research and interpret the results. They can also design and implement surveys in Qualtrics.
