Using a system-wide perspective, you can evaluate and present solutions that improve the patient experience. How you are assessed. Your assessment is a two-part report that is based on a case. First, you will perform a quantitative analysis and second, you will propose a solution for an increased patient demand situation. Co-designed with industry.
